WEEK 1
BODY
Gentle yoga, fascia and lymphatic love to support your healing body, reduce swelling, and rebuild TRUST in your physical self.
WEEK 2
MIND
Meditations and mindset practices to QUIET the “what ifs” in your mind- shifting from survival towards peace & presence in your healing.
WEEK 3
HEART
Safe space to feel, express, and process emotions with compassion, courage, and grace. Learn to LOVE and trust your body through the lens of your heart space.
WEEK 4
SOUL
Practices that help you reconnect to your inner wisdom,
intuition,and joy—
so you can feel WHOLE again.
